We will only accept bookings as well as provide treatment to those who have agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
1) Our services are intended for relaxation purposes only, and are not classified as a hospital, clinic or treatment centre under the Medical Service Act.
2) Tokyo Refle shall not be liable for any physical discomfort or conditions that may arise before or after the treatment.
3) Cases we may withhold treatment
Please note, Tokyo Refle shall not be liable for any physical discomfort after the treatment if any of the above items are not reported before the treatment, or if any of the above items are applicable and the customer undergoes the treatment at his/her own discretion.
4) Prohibited Actions
Inappropriate remarks or behaviour are strictly prohibited, and will result in immediate termination of the treatment.
If the treatment is interrupted due to such situation, the treatment fee will not be refunded.
If necessary, we will report to the district police station.
5) Tokyo Refle accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of personal valuables. Please keep your valuables locked in during the treatment.
6) The personal information provided during the booking process may be used to respond to inquiries and provide information about our services ( via email, SNS, telephone and etc.)

- Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your booking.
- Those who are under the influence of alcohol.
- Those who have just eaten a large meal.
- pregnant or potentially pregnant.
- Children under 18 years old.
- Individuals associated with criminal organisations.
- Those who appear to be under the influence of drugs.

- The therapist should not be touched in any way other than what is described in the treatment. Any action or speech that the therapist perceives as dangerous or potentially harmful, or any other inappropriate behaviour.
- Requesting for sexual services including showing genitalia, masturbation, filming and similar activities are strictly prohibited.
- Requesting personal information of the therapist or asking for their contact details.
- Neglecting regarding treatment directly with therapist or attempting to recruit therapist.
